Who are we?

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the payment business, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build strong industry connections (preferably financial institutions, accredited investors), generate new revenue streams, and build referral channel to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to optimize sales and business development efforts.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading payment businesses, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry such as POS terminals and the payment facilitator model.
  • Strong background and in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital payment systems.
  • Analytical and self-driven with good problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking partners).
