Relationship Manager - Bedok

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and acquire new corporate clients as well as individual accounts
- Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analysis, evaluating clients’ creditworthiness and preparing comprehensive proposals for loan applications
- Proactively monitor, identify and address potential credit risks or delinquencies, and providing appropriate and effective solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial loans and credit proposals or related field
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills
- A self-motivated, proactive and result-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in the field is preferred but candidates with passion and drive are welcome to apply
