Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the revamp of our company website. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing content creation, and overseeing the redesign and optimization of our website.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, brand visibility, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, website management, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Revamp: Lead the planning, development, and execution of the company’s website revamp to improve functionality, design, and user experience (UX).
Collaborate with web designers, developers, and external agencies to ensure the website meets business objectives and brand guidelines.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze website performance to identify areas for improvement.Oversee content updates, and page optimization, and ensure the website is responsive, fast, and optimized for SEO.
Ensure the website is regularly updated with fresh content, promotions, and product information.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content marketing, ) to promote products, services, and company initiatives.
Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website pages.
Analyze marketing performance data and provide recommendations for optimization.Manage social media profiles, interact with followers, and foster brand loyalty.
Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
- Content Strategy: Work with internal teams to create marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and product descriptions.
- SEO and Analytics: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic.
Adjust marketing strategies based on insights from data and analytics.
- Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including the website, social media, and digital ads.
Contribute to new brand initiatives and campaigns to enhance awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, website management, and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, and user experience best practices.
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and other marketing software.
- Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
