About the role
Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd & CityCab Pte Ltd are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in the North-East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the company in person, visiting hospitals to show concern and support for injured customers
- Attend funeral services or wakes for fatal cases, as necessary, to demonstrate empathy and respect.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and ability to think critically
- Possess positive attitude, initiative, a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with compassion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
