Company Overview

This individual will support corporate security initiatives across the APAC region, helping to safeguard the company's assets, people, and operations through real-time monitoring, incident response, and security system support.

• Monitor physical security devices and systems, including CCTV, intrusion alarms, and access control systems, across multiple APAC sites.
• Manage, respond to, and escalate security incidents in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure security protocols are followed and incidents are resolved effectively.
• Create incident reports and provide timely updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Support SOC-related improvement projects and daily operations, ensuring 24/7 coverage via rotating shift schedules.
• Conduct periodic audits of security systems and help ensure system uptime and readiness.

• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with capability to assess data trends and respond to incidents effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Security Operations or similar environment.
• Proficient in security systems such as CCTV, access control, and emergency alert systems.
• Experience in incident response, reporting and crisis communications.
• This role involves coordination with regional teams and stakeholders across East Asia. Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Chinese) is advantageous to facilitate communication.
