Geylang - Sales & Marketing Manager - Real Estate Agency

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, generate leads, and enhance our brand’s visibility. You will work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals, oversee marketing initiatives, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for various brands under HiPPOprop, including SmartSeller, BuyerLab…etc
• Manage and oversee the company's digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Drive lead generation and conversion through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking, and events.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful lead conversion.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on the performance of campaigns and sales targets.
• Develop sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and customer needs.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate sales software.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
