Vietnamese-Speaking VIP Sales Consultant ($5200 basic + comms) - Bukit Merah

This role marks an exciting expansion into the Vietnam market! You will be a broker between VIP clienteles (such as celebrities, businessman etc.) and private air charter companies to plan and organise their trip!

• Build and maintain a database of potential clients by leveraging on research and other resources.
• Proactively engage potential customers through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits, converting them into loyal clients.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Manage the entire charter booking process, from inquiry to flight completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Present bespoke quotes to clients, showcasing commercial acumen and expert knowledge of aircraft and the chartering process.
• Monitor and oversee flight departures, including during unsociable hours, to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Proficiency in BOTH English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (We seek Vietnamese-speaking candidates who are required to serve Vietnamese-speaking clients).
• Sales driven in acquiring leads from vietnam market
• Self-starter and needs no micromanaging
• Holds Singapore citizenship (no quota for work passes). Company is open to applying LOC

• Basic salary starting from $5200 + uncapped commissions!
• Starting from 20 days annual leaves + many fun events organised by the company (You may even get an opportunity to take a private jet!)
• Company is based in City Hall
• Mon - Fri, 9am-5.30pm
• Comfortable with business travels (once a month)
