Administrative Executive (Japanese speaking)

An established Japanese Insurance company is hiring for an Administrative Executive (Japanese speaking).

Job Responsibilities:

➤ Providing overseas travel insurance support to customers

➤ Communicating with medical organizations

➤ Entering data into internal systems

➤ Processing insurance claims

➤ Managing insurance claim documents

➤ Performing other ad-hoc and related duties as required

➤ Managing internal expense claims

➤ Providing training to part-time staff and supporting management in leading the team

➤ Handling other related tasks as required by management

Job Requirements:

➤ At least 1-2 years of administrative work experience (preferably)

➤ Attentive and willing to perform office work with basic PC skills

➤ No prior experience in the related industry is required

➤ Advanced level of English to communicate with local coworkers, medical organizations, and some local customers

➤ Business-level proficiency of Japanese language to communicate with clients calling from Japan

➤ Cooperative with team members and hospitable in providing customer support
