To provide supervision of construction works on site and to ensure safety provisions are conforming to worksite rules and regulations and compliant to statutory requirements

Provide recommendations and solution for improvements on safety provisions based on site condition
To carry out various safety inspections on site and ensure subcontractor rectification based on safety recommendations/comments raised
To ensure that in house safety rules and egulations are implemented and enforced at the worksite
To familiarize with project’s top risks and highlight key hazards that the project site is exposed to, for better planning and preparation for upcoming works
To supervise demolition and building works and ensure works carried out in accordance to approved drawings
To attend all Ad-Hoc inspections by authorities(NEA/PUB/MOM etc.) as and when necessary
To familiarize with site traffic management plan and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement of site safety, where reasonable
To review emergency procedures implementation on site and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement, where reasonable
To provide reporting to Client(DSTA) as and when necessary
To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

Registered WSH Officer license with MOM
Registered Resident Technical Officer license with IES
Experience in Building Projects

Note:

2 years renewable contract.
