The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Full spectrum of human resources in employee engagement, performance management, talent management, training development and grievances handling.
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the Head of HR to develop solutions.
- Work with Centre lf Excellence
- Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Requirements:
- Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You can confidently express yourself in both written and verbal communication with key stakeholders and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.
- You should be an experienced HRBP with proven track records. You should possess strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills. You use data for problem-solving.
- You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in HR from an accredited university and has worked in an international diverse environment.
