Associate/Manager/VP, Investor Relations and Business Development

Position Overview: The Investor Relations and Business Development Associate/Manager/VP will play a critical role in fostering relationships with investors, supporting fundraising efforts, and assisting with business development initiatives.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and interact with investors globally, contributing to the firm's growth and reputation in the investment management industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support fundraising efforts for new investment products or funds, including developing materials and strategic outreach to potential institutional investors.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to refine and execute the firm's business development strategy. Identify and assess potential new clients, business opportunities, and partnerships to drive growth. Manage the preparation of marketing and fundraising materials, including presentations, pitch decks, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
Organize and participate in investor events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to increase the firm's visibility and expand the investor base. Work closely with the firm's portfolio management, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate and consistent communication with investors.
Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure that fundraising efforts align with regulatory requirements and best practices. Key Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Experience in investor relations, business development, or related role Strong understanding of the global investment management landscape and institutional investor needs.
Experience working with institutional investors and conducting fundraising activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional investors. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex investment strategies to diverse audiences.
