Senior Sales Assistant / Sales Assistant

Locations: Jewel Changi Airport Outlet, ION Building (Orchard)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers and ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
• Assist with merchandising, ensuring products are stocked and displayed properly.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as stock ordering, inventory checks, and basic reporting.
• Take on any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Retail or Customer Service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and outgoing personality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
• Candidates with over 5 years of retail experience may be considered for a Senior Sales Assistant position.
