Associate UI Designer (User Interface), Digital Asset

We are looking for a passionate and creative Associate UI Designer to be part of our highly driven and innovative expanding team in driving meaningful and impactful digital assets experiences.

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, transforming them into meaningful and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with UX designers in creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and prototype user interfaces.
• Preparing design assets and style guides for developers. Collaborating with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements to understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of our target users.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and adhere to design guidelines and industry best practices for usability and accessibility.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of mobile/web devices and interfaces.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Create digital media assets (images and videos) for marketing websites, social media and presentation slides.
• Ensuring brand consistency across digital products, maintaining and updating UI design systems to ensure consistency.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma with min. 1-2 years of proven UI (Design System, Rapid Prototyping) experience
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Possess strong skills in application design, implementation, testing and troubleshooting
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
