We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Lead with expertise in managing a team of developers and data analysts to drive outcomes in solution development and Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge in building applications on .NET and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team in designing and executing technical solution strategies.
As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the technical team and projects, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules, while inspiring and guiding your team to reach their goals. The candidate must stay ahead of industry trends, quickly identify problems, and maintain a proactive approach to governance and risk management.

Exceptional accountability, trustworthiness, and the ability to build long-term relationships with the team are essential. Responsibilities:

  • Define Project Requirements & Develop Work Schedules: Clarify the scope and objectives of each project, ensuring that both technical and business requirements are well understood. Break down complex tasks into manageable pieces and create detailed schedules to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • DelegateTasks & Track Team Progress: Assign tasks based on team members’ strengths and skills. Monitor progress daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring the team stays on track to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact between team members, management, and clients. Regularly communicate project status, any issues, and ensure the final product aligns with the client’s expectations and technical standards.
  • Risk Identification & Contingency Planning: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges that may impact the project timeline or deliverables. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure smooth project execution, even in unforeseen situations.
  • Evaluate & Improve Operations: Continuously assess team processes, project workflows, and tools. Organize training sessions and workshops to improve team efficiency, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Regularly research emerging technologies, tools, and practices in the industry. Implement relevant trends to keep the team’s technical skills and project approaches innovative and competitive.
  • Adjust Schedules & Troubleshoot: Regularly update work schedules based on changing priorities or challenges. Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issues to avoid delays.
  • Motivate & Support the Team: Provide leadership and motivation to the team, creating an environment that encourages open communication. Ensure team members feel supported and comfortable sharing concerns or asking for help.
  • Maintain Transparency: Be open and honest with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. Regularly update them on project status and involve them in decision-making when necessary, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Write Reports & Present to Stakeholders: Document project progress, milestones achieved, and any setbacks in detailed progress reports. Present these reports to key stakeholders, including management and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on project direction.

Qualication/Requirement

Ideal candidate should possess the following: ·
  • A bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent professional experience) ·
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical project coordination and implementation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and other relevant software

Desired technical knowledge (good to have):

  • C# & .NET Core: Mastery in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core for backend development.
  • JavaScript (ES6+): Advanced skills in modern JavaScript, AJAX, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • REST APIs: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
  • AWS Cloud Services: Proficiency with core AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with setting up CI/CD pipelines using AWS tools or other automation platforms.
  • WinForms Development: Experience building desktop applications using WinForms, including event handling and data binding.
  • Telerik UI Components: Knowledge of integrating and customizing Telerik UI controls like RadGrid and RadChart.
  • SQL & Database Management: Strong SQL skills for relational databases and familiarity with database design and optimization.
  • PowerShell: Experience using PowerShell for automation, script writing, and managing system administration tasks.
  • Authentication & Security: Understanding of OAuth, OpenID, and IAM for secure application access.
