Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and implement training programs for employee growth.
- Process employee salaries and benefits ensuring accuracy.
- Manage payroll for foreign workers in dormitory industry, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Handle ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned.
- Process, verify, and posting of supplier invoices into Microsoft Sharepoint
- Perform monthly and ad-hoc payment runs to suppliers
- Other administrative duties such as proper filing of documents
- Perform any other additional duties to be assigned by the Finance department on adhoc basis
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource / Business Studies or related HR courses.
- At least 1 year of HR or payroll experience.
- Experience with HR systems is a plus but we're open to passionate newcomers.
- Dormitory industry experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, good initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
