Toa Payoh - Customer Care Officer

Salary: Up to $17/hour (depending on experience)

Job Scope:

• Engage home loan customers over the phone with tailored retention packages and address inquiries professionally.
• Process service requests promptly, including repricing and restructuring credit facilities.
• Follow up diligently on customer requests to ensure a smooth resolution and retention.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers, when required, to explain terms outlined in Letters of Offer.
• Prepare management reports, Excel dashboards, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Contribute to process improvement and digitalization projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Banking and Finance.
• Minimum 2 years in home loan-related roles or customer engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
