Job Scope:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing customers as the main point of contact for service needs.
- Regularly engage with customers to assess satisfaction, understand their needs, and suggest improvements.
- Work with fleet and operations teams to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and smooth service delivery.
- Set and maintain customer service standards tailored to the leasing business.
- Track and report customer satisfaction metrics like NPS and Customer Satisfaction Scores, recommending actions based on trends.
- Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and present findings to guide service improvements.
- Lead initiatives such as loyalty programs, appreciation events, and feedback systems to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop engagement programs to foster loyalty and build a strong client community.
- Train and guide staff on customer service standards and best practices.
- Coach team members on effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Business related field or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service/ customer relationship management in the automotive or leasing industry will be advantageous
- Possess Class 3 Driving License
