• Salary: Up to $6,500 per month
• Contract Duration: 11 months

• Act as a financial business partner to provide advice on financial planning, funding programs, operational issues, and tax matters.
• Develop dashboards to support proactive financial management and resource reallocation for better budget utilization.
• Review and consolidate budget submissions (Operating, Capex, Programme budgets) with a focus on accuracy and feasibility.
• Manage organization's Operating, Capital, and Government-funded Programme budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for strategic outcomes.
• Handle multiple funding sources, including fund drawdowns, utilization tracking, reconciliation, and closures with stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis and reporting on budget utilization and performance for internal management and parent ministry.
• Support additional financial duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• ONLY SINGAPOREAN!
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or any related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Accountancy and/or Finance, specifically financial planning & analysis or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning will be an added advantage
• Proficient in data analytics and visualisation tool such as Power BI, Tableau
