Job Overview:

As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, playing a key role in aligning HR strategies with the company’s objectives. You will contribute to creating a positive, productive work environment by overseeing HR management, recruitment, payroll administration, training, and general administration.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across these areas and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full Spectrum of HR Management
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, performance management and compliance with labor laws.
  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to conducting interviews, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Oversee offboarding processes and ensuring a smooth employee transition.
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
  1. Payroll Administration
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, benefits, and compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records for payroll purposes and ensure all payroll-related matters are handled efficiently.
  1. Training & Development
  • Facilitate training related administrative.
  1. General Administration
  • Handle general administrative duties, including maintaining HR documentation, preparing reports, managing employee benefits, and ensuring HR systems are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate and manage office equipment, supplies, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  1. Ad-Hoc Duties
  • Assist in organize company events and staff-engagements activities.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned, supporting the department and ensuring smooth operations across HR functions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, and work pass processing.
  • Relevant working experience: minimum 3 years
  • Strong understanding of Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
