Job Overview:
As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, playing a key role in aligning HR strategies with the company’s objectives. You will contribute to creating a positive, productive work environment by overseeing HR management, recruitment, payroll administration, training, and general administration.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across these areas and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Spectrum of HR Management
- Manage and oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, performance management and compliance with labor laws.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to conducting interviews, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Oversee offboarding processes and ensuring a smooth employee transition.
- Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
- Payroll Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, benefits, and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records for payroll purposes and ensure all payroll-related matters are handled efficiently.
- Training & Development
- Facilitate training related administrative.
- General Administration
- Handle general administrative duties, including maintaining HR documentation, preparing reports, managing employee benefits, and ensuring HR systems are up-to-date.
- Coordinate and manage office equipment, supplies, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Ad-Hoc Duties
- Assist in organize company events and staff-engagements activities.
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned, supporting the department and ensuring smooth operations across HR functions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, and work pass processing.
- Relevant working experience: minimum 3 years
- Strong understanding of Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
