Sourcing Specialist (Electrical Products) - West - $4,800 - Toa Payoh

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and the operations team to manage order entry and fulfillment.
• Expedite materials to meet contractual commitments and customer needs.
• Maintain and update reports to fulfill both internal and customer reporting requirements.
• Identify and source alternative products when necessary to support delivery schedules or stock demands.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer requests, including delivery and packaging requirements, are fulfilled.
• Keep customers informed of updates such as promised delivery dates, material or delivery changes, and issues like manufacturer defects.

• Diploma/Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with sourcing (Electrical products/components) and RFQs will have added advantageous
• Minimum travelling is required
