As a Operation Specialist (Music School), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Branch/Store Leader in managing the daily operations
• Accurately handle and oversee daily sales payment collections, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Manage and supervise part-time cashiers to ensure proper handling of payments and cash-related activities.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via in-store interactions, email, phone, or messaging platforms, offering helpful and effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a strong focus on meeting customer needs.
• Ensure appropriate stock levels in the store and maintain accuracy in product labels, pricing, and descriptions.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards by keeping display items well-organized and presentable.
• Assist with cashiering or sales responsibilities when required.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Store Leader as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level & above
• 2 to 3 years of retail working experience
• Possess knowledge of Guitars, Drums or Keyboard products.
