- Min a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Relation/ Hospitality / Tourism or relevant
- At least 5 years experience oversee a team of 10 to run daily call centre operation in a fast pace high volume environment
- Highly analytical, Strong communication and writing skills
- Confident to conduct presentation to top management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Salary: Up to $ 7,500.00 + Attractive Bonuses
- 5 days work week, Office Hour
