  • established MNC is seeking for a Customer Service Manager ( Call Centre )
  • MNC/Luxury brand
  • $ 7,500.00 + Attractive bonuses / Office hour
  • Min a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Relation/ Hospitality / Tourism or relevant
  • At least 5 years experience oversee a team of 10 to run daily call centre operation in a fast pace high volume environment
  • Highly analytical, Strong communication and writing skills
  • Confident to conduct presentation to top management
  • Strong leadership qualities
