Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of Facilities Management Executive.

Responsibilities:

• To negotiate and manage the building maintenance service contracts and services required from contractors for repairs and maintenance works within the building.
• To manage the Company car fleet leasing such as the servicing schedules and renewal of contract.
• To identify, initiate and execute special projects to improve and enhance the building’s operations.
• Co-ordinate and supervise building maintenance work.
• Arrangement of disposal for General waste and items & Documents approved by company at end of the year.
• Handle the end-to-end process for the annual Inspection and Certification of building regulatory systems, equipment, etc., for MAP Building.
• To be the main point of contact between the Company and all external contractors including but not limited to security guards, cleaners, etc.,
• Be the main key person to ensure workplace safety and health standards are being met within the workplace.
• Provide support to general administration operations.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Integrated Facility Management/Facilities Management or equivalent
• Possess Class 3 Driving License.
