Responsibilities
- Provide leadership day-to-day operations of non-clinical activities in the company portfolio of Nursing homes including Front desk admin/ clinical logistic management eg store, procurement, transport.
- Supervise the delivery of customer service, concierge & billing services.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and operation heads to ensure optimal operations within the nursing homes.
- Analyse department performance and implement improvements as needed to achieve operation and financial targets
- Degree or Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations management
- Experience in customer service, concierge service & billing office will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service to partners and customers
- Location: Toa Payoh
- Salary: $4000 - $6000
- 5-day work, 9 to 6pm
