Program Manager - Bedok

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in the banking domain and a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee large-scale programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of digital products and services within the banking sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs within a banking environment.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive digital strategy execution, including automation, platform modernization, cloud migration, etc.
• Manage multiple project streams under a program, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, technology teams, and business leaders.
• Track and report program status, milestones, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
• Lead change management and ensure user adoption of digital solutions.
• Manage external vendors and offshore teams, if applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management roles, with at least 5 years in banking.
• Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives (e.g., core banking modernization, mobile banking, digital onboarding, AI/ML, RPA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
