ESG and Sustainability Services Associate - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and ultimately leading some of the pre-engagement (e.g. due diligence, support proposal etc.) and post-engagement activities (e.g. setting up client account, invoicing etc.).
• When ready, you will be engaging clients directly particularly in preparing proposals and presentations, participating in networking events and conferences, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives to enhance the firm's reputation and credibility.
• At the beginning to provide support in delivering our sustainability solutions to clients. These sustainability solutions cover a wide spectrum of topics and may include (not comprehensively) climate change mitigation, resource efficiency, social impact, and sustainable supply chain management, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving customer success. When ready, you may also be asked to lead some of these service delivery to our clients.
• Support and ultimately lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions that meet client needs and expectations, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
• Contribute expertise and insights to internal knowledge sharing initiatives, including white papers, webinars, and training programs, to promote thought leadership and drive business growth.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or a related field.
• Good technical expertise in sustainability assessment methodologies, reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and emerging sustainability trends and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute complex sustainability projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and drive business development initiatives.
