Business Analyst (Airline)

My client is a leading airline committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and support our strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and analysis

• Perform thorough business analysis to identify areas of growth, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, operations and IT to support business initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes and identify business opportunities.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the airline's performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess the financial viability and cost of projects and initiatives.

• Education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or related role, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Financial modeling and quantitative analysis abilities
