Project Engineer

• Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problems and abnormalities.
• Set up IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure standardized system environments.
• Perform Staging / Development Test, UAT, Production & DR Environment
• Administer Windows Servers running File and Print, DNS/DHCP/WINS, Active directory andcritical business services.

The System Engineer is responsible to :

• Plan and perform system maintenance and OS and security patches.
• Perform system planning and change management tasks, and proactively monitor IT systems and recommendenhancements / upgrades when necessary.
• Monitor and tune system performance and collect performance data. Perform capacity planning and conduct appropriate actions to deal with capacity issues.
• Plan, install and configure hardware and system software changes. Familiar with backup, restore and disasterrecovery.
• Involve in project management.
• Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time, where applicable.
• Offsite standby.

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Have excellent communication, inter-personal & written skills
• Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Be customer and service oriented, positive working attitude.
• Mature, self-driven and effective team player.
• Good Knowledge of following products will be advantageous:
• -Microsoft Azure Stack, Microsoft Windows 2016-2022
