Based in the West, Client is one of the renowned logistics solutions provider and we are looking for an Key account Admin to assist the Global Key Account team. The candidate will report to the Vice President Global Account for this role.
About the role
Your daily responsibilities will be supporting and coordinating with the team to guarantee customer satisfaction. Managing orders in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. Ensuring the smooth running of the processes- Preparation and distribution of sailing schedule, monthly rates tariffs and volume statistics to corporate customers.
- Preparation of executive summaries/ cooperation feedback of corporate accounts.
- Preparation and analysis of documents for monthly review meeting.
- Compilation of monthly sales visits report.
- Monitoring of the completion and timeliness of RFQ submission by pricing team, ensure that RFQ is submitted to corporate accounts by the deadline.
- Liaising with offices/ agents in relations to customer enquiries.
- verbal communication with corporate accounts for rates/ service enquiries.
- Preparation of SOP guidelines for corporate accounts.
skills and experiences
The successful candidate will possess:
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
- Has good organizational and communication skills, is reliable, resourceful, meticulous, multi tasking and
- Works with minimal supervision, manages own time effectively, maintains control over all current
- Knowledge and experience in NVOCC business will be advantageous.
