Your new role- Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
- Own the full project life cycle end to end (Hybrid between Waterfall and Agile)
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
- Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across GTO and business leadership and stakeholders
- Banking experience in Retail Credit products, Credit Risk, Operations, Process and operating models
- 10 – 20 years of experience in leading and executing large Retail Credit project covering acquisition, decisioning, and fulfilment. Experience in loan origination space is a plus.
- Have good understanding of retail credit system landscape and the multiple integration points with upstream and downstream systems.
- Experience in leading RFP and ITC process preferably within UOB and familiar with the process.
