We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our team at Traveloka. In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation and delivery of mission-critical services and processes that drive the success of Traveloka products, specifically within our Supply side.

About the Role:

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering sustainable and profitable growth for Traveloka and our customers. Your primary responsibilities include assessing and developing new initiatives, and maximizing revenue streams within the Supply domain.

Duties of this role include planning, directing, and executing all aspects of an organization’s business development objectives, frameworks and initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will be working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Market Management, and particularly, the core Product Management team across Traveloka.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the technical product vision and strategy across a single product line.
• Develops and maintains detailed product roadmaps, incorporating technical input and aligning with business priorities, focusing on specific phases like ideation or post-launch optimization.
• Guides and mentors junior team members, fostering technical literacy and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and support product delivery.
• Conducts in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for technical and product innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and improve technical solutions.
• Work with UX/UI designers and data scientists to support cohesive product strategies.
• Help prioritize features and manage backlog with oversight from senior managers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and identify areas for technical improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the product line.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields (Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering Science, STEM) from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0. An MBA or Master's Degree in the aforementioned field is a plus.
• 7 years or more of working experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager. Experience in the travel industry, other technology company, or global consulting field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong leadership with experience in cascading and setting stretch goals, strategizing and mobilizing resources, and grooming junior team members into high performing individuals.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with cross-geography and cross-functional teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
• A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.
