Personal Assistant (Japanese Speaking) - Yishun
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the company as a Personal Assistant (Japanese Speaking). Based in the North Region, you will play a key role in supporting the executive team and contribute to the smooth running of the business. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and minute-taking
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports and other business documents
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide support
- Coordinate and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment
- Fluency in both English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
