Bedok - Sales Account Manager(3-5 Years Experience)
Job Summary:
DELTEQ, a 20+ year establishment in ICT business, seeks an experienced and competent Account Manager to drive sales and take on customer account management responsibilities. The successful candidate shall focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as identifying new customers who can benefit from our product and services offerings.Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for both revenue and gross profit. Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the complete sales process with established and prospective accounts, including the identification of potential opportunities. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate deal closure.
To help plan and execute sales hunting activities with minimum supervision from the management
To develop sales account planning which includes forecasting and revenue report for each sales account. Regularly review and adjust plans as needed
Ensure scheduled payment from clients
Maintain a sales pipeline which is 3 times the sales target assigned per quarter
Meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for both revenue and gross profit
Plan and attend regular update meetings with the customers
Manage ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated by account portfolio
Liaise with internal departments to ensure the promptness and customer satisfaction of delivery of goods and services
Development of new clients for the company including winbacks
Liaison with distributors and principal vendors
Preparation of tender submission
Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Information Technology or equivalent
Any other diploma or degree in any other disciplines with a sales training or sales course can also apply- 3 years of sales experience in selling infrastructure and solution selling
Familiar with sales bidding process in government/commercial space will be an advantage
Proven track record as an account manager within IT SI company
Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Ability to identify and develop sales opportunities, and to achieve sales quota
