Company Overview:

A well-established, NASDAQ-listed technology company serving over one million customers globally, specializing in technology solutions and services is seeking a Marketing Director APAC.

The Role:
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on leader to develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy. This matrixed role requires a proven track record of marketing initiative's across high-growth markets (SEA, Japan, India & China) while managing a team of 12 (direct & indirect reports).

As part of the APAC Leadership Team, you will collaborate with VP Sales & MD APAC, holding direct budget accountability and influencing global marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives. You will identify market opportunities and drive local value creation.
You will lead and manage a regional marketing team across various functions. You will be a partner with sales leadership to drive revenue growth.
You will foster a performance-driven marketing culture and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

8 years plus B2B marketing expertise with strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder influence skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment, you will be able to build trust and influence within a matrixed environment.
