- Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Report to the Executive Director and manage HODs and Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery and efficient task allocation.
- Risk Management: Strategically assess and mitigate operational and financial risks to keep projects within budget.
- Construction Strategy: Develop and implement effective construction strategies, including subcontractor selection and quotation evaluation.
- Planning Authorisation: Approve construction plans, schedules, and timelines for project execution.
- Subcontractor Oversight: Manage subcontractors to ensure quality outcomes and address any major variations promptly.
- Quality Control: Monitor project progress, maintaining high standards of work quality and providing regular performance reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Enforce compliance with regulations while enhancing operational methods.
Experience: At least 8 years supervising major underground projects with PUB or LTA.
Preferred Background: Experience with DTSS, JEL, CRL, DTL/TEL projects is advantageous.
Qualifications: Candidates must provide references from LTA railway or TBM projects.
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board.
