Analyst, Corporate Finance - Bukit Merah

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the origination of corporate finance mandates including preparation of high quality marketing presentations and industry analysis
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions), and merger/accretion analysis
• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
• Perform industry and company research to support deal execution and new business development
• Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal execution processes
• Deal documentation and internal approvals
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to drive delivery of UOB Kay Hian platform

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field with minimum Second Class Upper (or equivalent GPA)
• 1 – 2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
