Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Prepare and distribute regular project reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholder.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions as necessary.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Performing other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of Department.
- Diploma in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships with various stakeholders.

- Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license
