Job Responsibilities:

✔ Handle room reservations and respond to guest inquiries efficiently

✔ Assist in sales and marketing activities to drive bookings and revenue

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and corporate clients

✔ Coordinate with other departments to optimize occupancy and guest experience

Requirements:

✅ Experience in reservations, sales, or hospitality preferred

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Customer-focused with a proactive attitude

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
