Regional Transfer Pricing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Regional Transfer Pricing Manager to lead our transfer pricing initiatives and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transfer pricing, international tax, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive research, functional and technical analysis to develop and implement strategic transfer pricing initiatives to optimize the Group’s approach to transfer pricing.
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including transfer pricing allocations of central costs, while staying abreast of regulatory changes and recommending necessary adjustments.
- Analyze and review intercompany transfer pricing results, identifying necessary adjustments and effective implementation.
- Oversee and review timely preparation of transfer pricing documentation and policies to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement intercompany agreements for various transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate transfer pricing considerations and provide expert guidance on transfer pricing implications for business initiatives.
- Manage transfer pricing audits by collecting and presenting relevant data and documentation to support the organization’s positions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Law.
- Minimum 7 years of transfer pricing experience in Big 4 or equivalent in-house role.
- In-depth knowledge of OECD guidelines and international transfer pricing.
- Expertise in international tax advisory and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data and transactions.
- Exceptional research and report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, etc.) a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
