Fund Compliance Manager - Geylang

We are searching for a compliance manager with experience in the fund management industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to lead and manage a team within 12-18 months. They will be required to both advise on KYC processes and to ensure timely implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Help establish controls and procedures to provide with outsourced KYC and AML solutions
• Performing financial crime screening, KYC, AML checks on Investors and Investee Companies
• Review and update controls such as KYC as well as applicable due diligence and risk rating processes are in place for on-boarding of clients
• Acting as the dedicated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“MLRO”) for Third Party Funds
• Leading due diligence activities on providers and coordinating provision of due diligence information requested of the group
• Incident Management - manage and respond to incidents, ensuring thorough checks and testing of controls implemented or strengthened post-incident.
• Risk and compliance tasks – support various risk and compliance-related tasks and processes within the organisation ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations of the group in Singapore.
• Advise on risk and compliance related matters to various stakeholders.
• Report - prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on compliance, risk management, and related activities
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes to ensure processes are accurate and current.

• Communicate compliance issues, process and regulatory requirements with our clients and internal/external stakeholders
• Operational oversight - ensure oversight of business processes and tasks, including operations-related activities that may currently sit within other teams but can be brought under the Risk & Compliance function
