The Role:
- Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, completion, and maintenance of projects
- Manage scope and quality in alignment with stakeholders and manage risks and issues along the entire lifecycle and help the team remove blockers and solve problems
- Effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and provide status information regularly
- Drive detailed technical discussions and manage the team to deliver a successful implementation
- Provide effective leadership to the team in solving problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork
- Manage projects that will involve development (hardware, firmware, software) and production
- Overseeing the entire project so that all required documentation is complete
Job Requirements:
- Experience in product development and/or software development
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with expeirence in government projects
- Familiar with network infrastructure
- Strong management skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed project goals.
- Project management certification like PMP or equivalent
- ITIL and CISSP is an added advantage
- Passion to learn and able to follow processes
