Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role will focus on branding for our manufacturing facility, trade marketing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) marketing and retail marketing, ensuring strong product positioning, effective promotional campaigns, and an exceptional consumer experience across various retail channels.
Candidate should be willing to relocate to Woodlands the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities
Branding for Manufacturing Facility- Develop and execute a B2B branding strategy to position the manufacturing entity as a leader in quality, innovation, and sustainability.
- Create a compelling corporate brand identity that highlights the company's expertise, production capabilities, and value proposition.
- Develop marketing materials such as corporate brochures, website content, and presentations for B2B clients, investors, and partners.
- Strengthen the company's presence in the B2B food manufacturing sector through Public Relations, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of food service distribution & HORECA marketing
- Work closely with sales teams to create trade-specific marketing toolkits, training materials, and promotional offers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and product penetration.
- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital) to drive brand awareness and sales through retail stores
- Conduct consumer insights research, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Participate in events that help to market the products and brand
- Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to drive sales for the FMCG products through our retail stores
- Conceptualise and develop visual merchandising and promotions to drive sales for the FMCG products
- Monitor store performance metrics, consumer feedback, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG and/or Trade Marketing.
- Proven track record of successful brand management
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and trade marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
