Our client is a well established, innovative tech company looking for Regional Payroll & Benefits Manager.

about the job

Reporting to the Head of HR, this is an individual contributor role. Your job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Lead payroll function in the company, in charge of end to end payroll processing and vendor management, ensuring accuracy and compliance within timeline
  • Manage benefits programs and processes such as policy administrations and employee welfare programmes, collaborating with necessary benefits vendors
  • Lead the implementation and renewal of benefits programs, drive payroll and benefits projects to improve current processes and enhance systems
  • Manage Payroll reports, including some journal entries/ postings

skills and experience required
  • 8 years of relevant experience in payroll & benefits, preferably regional
  • Experienced in vendor management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Work well in fast paced environment, innovative and resourceful
