Our client is a well established, innovative tech company looking for Regional Payroll & Benefits Manager.
about the job
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is an individual contributor role. Your job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Lead payroll function in the company, in charge of end to end payroll processing and vendor management, ensuring accuracy and compliance within timeline
- Manage benefits programs and processes such as policy administrations and employee welfare programmes, collaborating with necessary benefits vendors
- Lead the implementation and renewal of benefits programs, drive payroll and benefits projects to improve current processes and enhance systems
- Manage Payroll reports, including some journal entries/ postings

- Hybrid work mode - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
- Office location - Central-East Singapore
- Headcount: 150-200
- 8 years of relevant experience in payroll & benefits, preferably regional
- Experienced in vendor management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Work well in fast paced environment, innovative and resourceful
