Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Programme
Responsibilities- Be part of a Programme Management Team to ensure successful execution of a complex and fast-paced project. Tasks include supporting the Programme Manager in the following:
- Planning, executing, and tracking of programme timelines and deliverables
- Coordinating between stakeholders such as Technical, Production, Legal and Finance Departments, to ensure alignment with programme deliverables
- Communicating with Suppliers and tracking of Supplier deliverables
- Providing regular updates to key stakeholders such as Management and Customer
- Monitoring of risks, writing proposals for approvals, procurement, logistics arrangements and administrative tasks
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure in a fast paced environment
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility
- Project execution experience will be an added advantage
