Responsibilities:
- Routinely communicate face-to-face with suppliers regarding circuit quality issues and request them to provide improvement plans.
- Cooperate with HQ O&M to complete troubleshooting on the live network.
- Investigate major faults in the field.
- Perform circuit inspections with suppliers.
Requirements:
- At least possess a diploma in any field
- Operator work experience as a network engineer is preferred.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Strong understanding of data communication or transmission protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and ISIS. CCNA or CCNP certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Huawei network equipment, such as OSN9800, OSN1800, OSN8800, NE40E, CE12800, etc.
- Huawei network project experience is preferred.
