Job description:

Administration of Local Training Activities

Collate course nominations
Process and register training applications
Prepare training confirmation details
Monitor attendance register, course attendance and perform course follow-up
Prepare of course materials and Electronic Digital Mailers (EDM)
Monitor and track compliance requirement for learning programmes
Support training logistics and setup of venue for in-house programmes
Support rollout of activities for Employee Engagement Survey

Maintenance of Learning Management System

Assist in maintenance of training catalogue and training records in LMS

Job Requirement

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
