Sales Engineer (North Region / Up to $4000 + Comms) - Sembawang

• 5.25 Days, 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) , 9am to 1pm (Alternate Sat)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full sales cycle, including attending site visits, sales meetings, and project discussions.
• Provide both sales and technical/engineering support to clients (training will be provided).
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation when needed.
• Keep updated on market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts (training will be provided).
• A positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Preferably possess own transportation and a valid driving license (additional allowance provided).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
