POSITION
Marketing Specialist
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE- Marketing Content & Brand Storytelling:Craft engaging and persuasive copy for social media, website, email campaigns and digital ads. Translate product features into clear and compelling customer-facing messages.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Support) to optimize campaign strategies. Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
- Community & Public Relations:Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners. Engage with customer communities on forums, social media, and direct channels to amplify brand trust.
- Digital Marketing & Content Production:Produce basic visual content (images, videos, GIFs) for digital marketing. Optimize campaign creatives and assets to enhance engagement.
- E-Commerce Operations: Provide support in e-commerce processes when necessary, including shipping and fulfillment operations.
- Miscellaneous: Assist in other adhoc tasks and broader organizational initiatives to expand your expertise.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, and/or digital campaigns.
- A flair for storytellingand excellent copywriting skills – you know how to craft messages that resonate.
- A creative, out-of-the-box mindset– you love experimenting with new marketing ideas.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
- A keen eye for detail – you spot errors before they go live and knokw how to tweak a campaign for impact.
- A data-driven approach- you analyze numbers and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- An outgoing, high-energy personality– you thrive on collaboration, teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- A passion for audio & technology– a huge plus!
- Fluency in Mandarin (to liaise with China-based teams and partners).
