Our client, a Singapore headquartered company in the electronics manufacturing sector, is hiring a Human Resources & Admin Executive to join their team in Singapore.

about the job

Reporting to the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:

HR Operations
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and proper handovers for departing employees.
  • Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain and update the employment database, including electronic and employee P files, and track performance evaluations.
  • Stay updated on Singapore Employment Act and related government regulations.
Admin / Office Operations
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including meeting room arrangements and visitor reception.
  • Manage office vendors for pantry supplies, cleaning services, water dispensers, plants, and office equipment.
  • Arrange staff travel, including hotel and flight bookings.
  • Process office and staff expense claims and maintain proper filing.
skills and experience required
  • At least 3 years of HR & Admin experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese stakeholders based in Shanghai, China
  • Independent, meticulous with strong attention-to-detail
