Job Summary:
You will be responsible for greeting, preparing and serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. You will maintain a clean and organized restaurant, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Process customer order efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain the work environment clean and organized.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic/non-alcoholic and bar supplies.
- Perform and support daily restaurant operation.
- Food Safety & Hygiene Certification.
- Service-oriented in a Full -Service Restaurant.
- Customer focused and bartending techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
