Restaurant Service Crew (Woodfire Restaurant & Bar) - Toa Payoh

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for greeting, preparing and serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. You will maintain a clean and organized restaurant, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process customer order efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain the work environment clean and organized.
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic/non-alcoholic and bar supplies.
• Perform and support daily restaurant operation.

• Food Safety & Hygiene Certification.
• Service-oriented in a Full -Service Restaurant.
• Customer focused and bartending techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
